Foothills Exterior Cleaning Services is looking for a rockstar Seasonal Christmas Light Technician to join our high-vibe, high-quality, high-up-on-ladders team. We make homes shine—and we create a workplace people actually like showing up to. (Wild concept, right?)

What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Holiday Superpowers)

• Installing custom holiday lighting on rooflines, peaks, dormers, and trees (clean, symmetrical, clip-perfect installs)

• Setting timers/controllers and testing every run so it looks flawless at dusk

• Installing greenery and other decor

• Performing in-season maintenance (quick fixes, swaps, and service calls with a smile)

• Safe ladder and rooftop work using harnesses, pitch hoppers, ridge anchors, and shingle-safe footwear

• Takedown & labeling in January, organizing inventory for easy reuse next year

• Delivering 5-star service from the first knock to the final walkthrough

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Clean background check (we check…. we’re pros, after all)

• Comfortable working at heights (real rooftops, real ladders)

• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (spools, ladders, totes)

• Reliable, upbeat, team-first attitude with sharp attention to detail

• Bonus points: experience working at heights/on roofs, basic electrical know-how (GFCI, power loads), knot-tying/zip-tie artistry, previous holiday lighting experience

Safety Is Non-Negotiable

• Proper ladder handling, two-person lifts for larger ladders

• Harnesses/anchors when required; shingle-safe footwear on roofs

• Never on wet metal roofs; follow all site safety protocols

• We train you on our gear and methods, then we expect you to use them

Season & Schedule

• Mid-October – Mid-December (installs), plus first 2–3 weeks of January (takedowns)

• Expect 40–70+ hours/week in peak weeks; there will be multiple Saturdays/Sundays and occasional dusk checks
