Foothills Exterior Cleaning Services is looking for a sharp, people-loving, hustle-driven Operations Coordinator to run the heartbeat of our company. This role is virtual day-to-day, but very real-world when it counts. You’ll be the voice of our brand, the organizer behind the scenes, and the friendly face people remember at events and networking meetups.
We’re a fast-growing local service business that believes admin roles are just as critical as technicians in the field. If you love talking to people, closing deals, building relationships, and keeping chaos organized, this might be your jam.
Answering incoming calls, texts, emails, and social messages with professionalism and personality
Following up with new leads, past customers, and previous estimates (because money lives in the follow-up)
Over-the-phone sales — educating customers and confidently booking jobs
Cold calling past clients and previous leads to re-activate business
Reaching out to new prospects to help generate fresh opportunities
Posting daily in local Facebook groups to keep our name top-of-mind
Helping run and attend local events, booths, and sponsorships
Attending weekly in-person networking events to represent our company
Keeping systems, conversations, and schedules organized and moving forward
Pre-Screening new applicants as we continue to grow this awesome company
Weekly 1-on-1 training and process implementation to help improve overall systems and processes
A highly organized individual who thrives on structure, follow-ups, and task completion
Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software (CRMs, texting platforms, calendars, email tools, etc.)
A local candidate who lives in the Simpsonville / Fountain Inn / Greenville area
Strong communication skills — phone, text, email, and in-person
Confidence talking to people and asking for the sale
A self-starter who doesn’t need to be micromanaged
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Reliable transportation for in-person events and networking
Access to reliable WiFi and your own phone
Someone who understands that follow-up = growth
Starting pay: $15/hour (pay bump after 90-day training period)
